  • How do I get to the venue?

    No private parking is available at the venue. Please reserve sufficient time and use public transport.

    Free shuttles from the Sunny Bay MTR station to concert venue will be available from 5PM to 8PM. Please look out for signs at Sunny Bay MTR station.

    There will be discount public bus fares on select bus routes for concert attendees to and from the venue and various destinations in Hong Kong on concert days (17 April & 18 April). Specific routes, schedules and designated stops information here.

  • What time can I arrive?

    Official Ed Sheeran tour merchandise on sale from 2:30PM.

    Gates to the concert venue open at 4PM.

    Please make sure to collect your concert ticket(s) prior to arrival at the venue. Tickets can be picked up at any HK Ticketing outlet, including on show day(s).

  • What are the entry requirements?

    If multiple tickets have been purchased on one ticket transaction, please plan to arrive as a group with the lead attendee, whose name was provided at the time of ticket purchase and is printed on the physical tickets.

    Attendees must at any point be able to provide the below, this includes on arrival at the event to gain admission:

    1. The ticket(s)
    2. The Purchase Confirmation
      1. For all successful purchases, the ticket purchaser will receive a Purchase Confirmation. It can also be found via “Transaction History” under “My HK TICKETING Account”.
    3. A valid photo ID matching the lead attendee’s name on the ticket(s)

    Any ticket holder(s) unable to provide the required and valid identification documents may be denied entry to the venue without refund.

  • When can I collect the ticket(s)?

    Physical tickets are available for collection now at all HK Ticketing Authorised Agents or Box Offices.

    To collect the ticket(s) at any HK Ticketing Authorised Agents or Box Offices, the credit cardholder must provide in person the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s).

    A QR code linking to this website will be printed on all physical tickets.

  • Can I pick up my ticket(s) at the event venue site?

    Please collect your tickets from any HK Ticketing Authorised Agents or Box Offices prior to coming to the venue.

    Ticket collection is available on both concert days (17 April & 18 April) at all HK Ticketing Authorised Agents and Box Offices per the operation hours listed here.

  • What happens if I leave the venue? Can I come back?
    There will be designated re-entry lanes at the venue entrance, please make sure to have your ticket and your wristband on your wrist in order for re-entry. If you bring your bag out of the venue, it is subject to search upon re-entry.
  • Is there an age restriction for the show?

    Age Limit for Standing Zone: Restricted to Age 12 or above with Height Limit 140 cm.

    Age Limit for Seated Zone: Age 6 or above.

  • I can’t find my Purchase Confirmation via email. What should I do?
    The Purchase Confirmation email is sent by HK Ticketing (noreply@hkticketing.com) to the ticket purchaser. If you are unable to find your Purchase Confirmation, please ensure that the email has not gone to your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder, or you may refer to your Transaction History under “My HK TICKETING Account” for reference. You may also email online@hkticketing.com together with your transaction number or any relevant information of your purchase(s) if you require further assistance.
  • Is there an easy meeting point inside the venue?

    There are no designated meeting points, however we suggest you decide on a meeting point with your group when you arrive at the venue should you become separated.

    Should you need assistance in case of someone missing, please contact a member of security, who will be happy to help.

  • Can I bring a bag to the venue?
    A bag search may be conducted. Bags no larger than 30 x 30cm are permitted. There are no temporary storage facilities for any items larger or not allowed in the venue and it will be left to you to find a safe facility to hold any items.
  • Are cameras allowed?
    Small personal cameras and camera phones are permitted, but professional cameras (any camera with removable lens) are prohibited.
  • Will there be food and beverage at the venue?
    Food and beverages will be available for sale outside the venue on Park Promenade. No outside drinks will be allowed into the venue. In the venue there will be booths providing free water for the attendees.
  • I need some first aid, where can I get help?
    There are three first-aid points on site which will be recognisable with standard red cross signs. Should you require emergency assistance, please speak to an usher or member of security who will contact the medical team.
  • Is there anything I can’t bring into the venue?

    Here are a few tips for having the best time at the show:

    • Show will begin on time. To avoid delays entering the venue, please make sure to pick up your ticket(s) at any HK Ticketing Authorised Agents or Box Offices prior to the show date(s).
    • Each physical ticket will contain a QR code linking to important show details.
    • Make sure your phone is fully charged, you could even bring a portable battery pack.
    • Stay hydrated. All the dancing and singing can dehydrate you. Free water is available at the hydration stations, or speak to an usher if you need some water.
    • Avoid ticket touts!
    • Don't buy unofficial merchandise! Use only official Ed Sheeran merchandise outlets noted on the event map.
    • Have a great time and make sure to share your pictures and videos online. Use the tour hashtags #dividetourHK.
