Tickets will be issued starting from 10AM on 3 April 2019 at all HK Ticketing Authorised Agents or Box Offices.

We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the shows and ticket sales. We and Ed’s team are working really hard behind the scenes to try and do everything we can to make sure that tickets end up in the hands of genuine fans.

TRANSPORTATION

No private parking available at the venue for concert audience. Please reserve sufficient time and use public transport.

Shuttle buses and public buses will be available both to and from the venue and various destinations in Hong Kong. Specific routes, schedules, and designated stops will be published closer to event dates.

EVENT ADMISSION

A bag search may be conducted. Bags no larger than 30 x 30cm are permitted. There are no temporary storage facilities at the venue site.

ADMISSION POLICY

Please take note of the following strict policy & rules on ticket purchases and entry for this Event:

  1. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal license to attend the Ed Sheeran Divide World Tour 2019 (“Event”) Hong Kong concert. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to your personal data collection and usage as referred in the HK Ticketing Website, and you agree to and are bound by the Ticketing Terms & Conditions applicable to this Event.
  2. Your ticket(s) are sold by AEG Presents Asia (“Event Organiser”) directly to the consumer. HK Ticketing is only a ticketing service provider for the Event Organiser. Any tickets purchased by business or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale shall be invalid.
  3. Tickets can only be purchased from HK Ticketing. Any tickets purchased from third party websites and resellers are not valid for entry.
  4. Each HK Ticketing Account Holder is only allowed to buy a maximum number of 4 tickets for each Show Date. No multiple transactions for each Show Date under the same HK Ticketing Account are allowed. Each credit card is limited to making payment for a maximum of 4 tickets per Show Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of having tickets cancelled under a credit card, such card cannot be reused for further booking for the Event. Where any ticket purchaser (i.e. HK Ticketing Account Holder) is found violating these terms and conditions, which means the total number of tickets for each Show Date is more than 4 tickets, HK Ticketing and the Event Organiser have the sole discretion to cancel the latest transactions in question, without prior notice and the customer service fee for every cancelled ticket will be retained.
  5. Tickets will be personalised and will have the full name of the lead attendee as provided by the ticket purchaser (i.e. HK Ticketing Account Holder) at the time of ticket purchase printed on the tickets, in such case the name first registered to and printed on the tickets cannot be changed. Please ensure that the lead attendee’s full name as in his/her Photo ID is provided at the time when making the booking.
  6. For a ticket to be valid the lead attendee [whose full name as first provided by ticket purchaser (i.e. HK Ticketing Account Holder) at the time of ticket purchase] must at any point be able to provide the below, this includes on arrival at the show to gain admission:
    1. The ticket(s)
    2. The Purchase Confirmation
    3. A valid photo ID matching the lead attendee’s name on the ticket(s)

    Any ticket holder(s) who are unable to provide the required and valid identification documents may be denied entry to the venue without refund.

  7. All physical tickets will only be made available and issued FROM 10AM, 3 APRIL 2019 ONWARDS at all HK Ticketing Authorised Agents or Box Offices. For a list of locations please go to https://premier.hkticketing.com/Content/outlets/agency.aspx/. For all successful purchases, ticket purchaser will receive a Purchase Confirmation via email or may go to their booking(s) in the “Transaction History” under “My HK TICKETING Account”.

    Show will begin on time. To avoid delays entering the venue, please make sure to pick up ticket(s) at any HK Ticketing outlet prior to the Show Date(s).

  8. Age Limit for Standing Zone: Restricted to Age 12 or above with Height Limit 140 cm. Age Limit for Seated Zone: Age 6 or above.
  9. Small personal cameras and camera phones are permitted, but professional cameras (any camera with removable lens) are prohibited.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibited from entry into the event. There are no temporary storage facilities for any items not allowed in the venue and it will be left to you to find a safe facility to hold any items.

  • No illegal or illicit substances/ Drugs/ Drug paraphernalia
  • No weapons of any kind
  • No bottled or canned drinks
  • No camping on site
  • No outside food and drinks
  • No audio recording devices / Professional camera
  • No drones / Other flying vehicles
  • No folding chairs / stools / any kind of height adding devices
  • No fireworks/ flammable items/ liquids
  • No aerosol products / aerosol cans
  • No air horns
  • No balloons / inflatable balls / Frisbees
  • No flags
  • No bicycles / skateboards / scooters / hoverboards
  • No laser pens / pointers
  • No selfie sticks
  • No straight umbrellas
  • No hard objects (including plastic, metal, wood, bamboo or other materials) longer than 1 foot
  • No tents
  • No water guns
  • No pets/ animals (except for service animals)
  • No items considered to be harmful, causing confusion, objection, or obstructing to the operation of the venue or its associated facilities (e.g, any banner, poster, leaflet, and/or other promotion related to content with discriminatory or political implications)
